Mandala's: What's the science behind it?

The word "Mandala" is Sanskrit for "Circle" and is a spiritual symbol representing all aspects of life. Each mandala has it's own unique story and meaning, based off of each individual's journey. Mandalas are often used for meditation and are used to to achieve a feeling of wholeness.

Mandala's are a great way of self care, it helps reduce stress while at the same time pokes ones' creative mind.

PINK: Love, intuition and the feminine
ORANGE: Creativity, transformation, self-awareness and intuition

BLUE: Emotional healing, inner peace and meditation
PURPLE: All things spiritual
WHITE: Spiritual focus
BLACK: Mystery, deep thinking and individuality
There is no right or wrong way to colour mandala's - so you can set aside any anxiety you may have about your artistic ability, and relax into the simple pleasure of laying down colour.
